Según los ancianos de la parroquia de San Gregorio en una rogativa de agua alguien mojó la imagen del patrón al pasar por la fuente de Gomensoro e inmediatamente cayó una tromba de agua tal que para cuando llegaron a la iglesia las personas participantes estaban empapadas.
